Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

UK Delivery

Orders shipped within the United Kingdom are delivered with our trusted courier partners. Delivery times are typically 1–3 business days after dispatch.

International Delivery

We ship to customers worldwide using trusted international courier services, including FedEx.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and customs processing.

Please note that delivery estimates are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.

Import Duties, VAT and Customs Charges

Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, VAT, taxes and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated during checkout.

As our international shipments are sent on a Delivered at Place (DAP) basis, the recipient is responsible for paying any import duties, VAT, customs fees and brokerage charges before delivery can be completed.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, as they are determined by your country’s customs authorities.

We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order if you are unsure whether import charges will apply.

Customs Delays

International shipments may occasionally be delayed while being processed by customs. These delays are outside of our control, and we cannot be held responsible for any additional delivery time caused by customs inspections or clearance procedures.

Refused Shipments

If an order is refused because import duties, taxes or customs fees are not paid, any return shipping charges, customs fees and courier charges incurred will be deducted from any refund due.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
